In partnership with HUBBED, CouriersPlease has a network of over 3,000 convenient Collection Points, many of which are open early and late, 7 days a week for ease and convenience of collecting deliveries.
This means that:
Delivery can be arranged to one of our stores for collection by the recipient at a time suitable for them within the week.
Account customers can choose to drop their outbound parcels at one of our collection points at a convenient time for them, meaning you don't have to wait for the courier to come to you for pick up*.
Parcels are securely stored in store until collection by our courier or the intended recipient. Recipients must show ID and other proof that the package is theirs.
Parcels in transit can be redirected to a collection point to save you time and energy in arranging a new delivery.
Make sure your delivery does not weigh more than 18kg or measure more than 110cm. Items larger than this will not be accepted in store but can still be sent via our regular courier delivery.
To have a parcel delivered to a collection point, simply obtain a quote, then when you're ready to book choose "POPPoints" delivery on our online booking form. The form will display the available collection points in your destination suburb.
