Forms received prior to 12:00pm will be actioned the same day (please note that delivery may only be available the following business day depending on service levels in your area).

Forms received after 4:00pm will not be actioned until the following business day.

Please note that that insurance cover for loss of goods does not apply to consignments that have an"Ok to Leave"coupon attached nor if other express authority to leave is given to CouriersPlease.
