Notes:

Restricted access to some institutions dictates that service to these areas cannot always be undertaken on the scheduled cycle. (eg: Schools, Universities, Defence Establishments, Shopping Centres, Major Plants, Transport Companies etc.)
One coupon entitles pick up and delivery of a parcel weighing up to 25kgs or is no larger than 46cm (h) x 46cm (w) x 46cm (d)
Maximum length in Metro service is 2.2m
Maximum weight per parcel is 40kg
Freight must be appropriately packaged and addressed at time of booking.
Every effort will be made to pick up and deliver in accordance with the Service Schedule, however CouriersPlease does not guarantee its service.
Residential deliveries will be attempted at a time to maximise delivery
