Welcome to our new Interstate Receiver Pays (IRP) service

This service allows Couriers Please customers to have freight picked up from other States and returned directly back to their home or business address.


JUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING EASY STEPS:

1. Purchase a book of 5 IRP coupons
from your local contractor for $150 ex GST.
You are now a registered Couriers Please customer.

2. Book your pickup on the IRP booking page on the Couriers Please website
or ring 1300 36 1000












3. When your job has been successfully booked
a Couriers Please contractor will go to your choice of pickup destination and pickup your freight.

Once booked, the screen will update you with the following information...

The system will not allow customers to use coupons more than once. It is important that the coupon number provided for the booking is the one given to the courier at delivery.

Your parcel can be tracked on the Couriers Please website by entering either your IRP coupon number or your National Tracker reference number.




4. The freight is then transferred
to your local contractor for delivery.

5. You then provide your local contractor the IRP coupon
that you used to book the job
