GLOSSARY OF TERMS:

Office Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday
Suburb: The pick up or delivery area
Booking Time: The time you have to book by to get your goods picked up on each cycle
Delivery Times: The time frame goods will be delivered to the area
Coupons per 25kg: The number of Couriers Please coupons required to cover the cost of parcels up to 25kg or 0.464 x 0.464 x 0.464m x 250 = 25kg cubic (example only) to be delivered to that area. M = “Metro” (Local) Coupon. E = “Ezylink 1” ($2.75 Inc. GST).
