- Restricted access to some institutions dictates that service to these areas cannot always be undertaken on the scheduled cycle. (eg: Schools, Universities, Defence Establishments, Shopping Centres, Major Plants, Transport Companies etc.)
- One coupon entitles pick up and delivery of a parcel weighing up to 25kgs or is no larger than 46cm (h) x 46cm (w) x 46cm (d)
- Maximum length in Metro service is 2.2m
- Maximum weight per parcel is 40kg
- Freight must be appropriately packaged and addressed at time of booking.
- Every effort will be made to pick up and deliver in accordance with the Service Schedule, however Couriers Please does not guarantee its service.
- Residential deliveries will be attempted at a time to maximise delivery
